The main entrance gate in to Lake Roland on Lakeside Drive will be closed to allow the movement of construction equipment for the new Education Center. Foot traffic during this time period is not suspended around the impacted area, except for temporary bridge closures. Parking adjacent to the fishing pier will not be available. Parking is available, as always, at the Falls Road MTA parking lot which is connected to the park via the board walk and the surface streets in the neighborhoods that surround the park directly above the impacted area.

The street closure may be extended due to construction delays.
